REFUND POLICY

At Aesthetics by AR Shop, we carefully curate skincare products to ensure quality and authenticity. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and skincare products, all sales are generally considered final.

 

Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

• The product arrived damaged

• The product received is incorrect

• The item arrived defective


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging so we can review your request.

If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Aesthetics by AR Shop does not offer product replacements for damaged items. The only resolution provided in these cases will be a refund.

 

Products must remain unused and in their original packaging when submitting a claim.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded.


Aesthetics by AR Shop is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or variations in results due to individual skin types. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and performing patch tests before using any skincare product.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.


We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
